Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are issues with your order. 

White Dahlia Collection is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 


Please note that many of our products are made to order with great care and exceptional attention to quality, that requires 8-10 weeks (excluding holidays) for production. Once an item ships, it should arrive within 2-3 business days within United States, and 5-10 business days internationally. 

If multiple items are ordered we will batch them together as one shipment.

Not all styles can be placed as rush orders or urgent shipping, please email us at info@whitedahliacollection.com, with the style name and details, to confirm whether rush order or overnight shipping is possible. 


We offer free shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, we charge a flat rate of $25. All in stock items will ship within 48 hours of receipt excluding weekends and holidays. All made to order items will ship in 8-10 weeks. 

All jewelry shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on undeliverable packages. 

To check the status of your order, please email info@whitedahliacollectioon.com with your order number and we will get back to you with a status update within 24 hours. 


All international orders are processed pending item availability and are typically shipped within 72 hrs via DHL once all items in your cart are ready. Cost of shipping does not include custom duties & taxes, the shipping company will contact you for the payment of those fees.   

All purchases shipped outside of the United States are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, it will not be refunded. All costs will be customers responsibility.  Free shipping is not offered outside the continental US.

As each piece is made to order we do not accept returns unless you have received a repair authorization by contacting info@whitedahliacollection.com. If approved for a repair, at this time we do not cover shipping for international repairs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Special ordered items or items with engraving are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during any sale are final sale.

If you refuse a shipment that has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees, and the cost of returning the package to White Dahlia Collection. All costs will be customers responsibility.
