RETURNS

Item(s) ordered online must be returned within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise in its original condition unworn to be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy. Special ordered items or items with engraving are final sale. Items purchased during any sale are final sale.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase if item is returned within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise. 

We do not refund shipping and handling charges.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items.
All returns will be processed within 7-10 days upon receipt.

** Please Note ** All returns must have tracking information and need to be properly insured through the courier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) as whitedahliacollection.com is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
